Alexandria Chamber of Commerce
is one of the largest and most effective
chambers in the Greater Washington
region, with 1000 business members who
employ more than 49,000 people. Governed
by a 33-member Board of Directors, the
Alexandria Chamber
is one of the oldest chambers in the
country, having been founded in 1906,
before the United States Chamber of
Commerce.
